Dear Brothers/Sisters,

Jazak’Allah – To IDC and Northumbria ISOC who provided us with Arabic classes taught by Brother Muhammad Tim. The Northumbria ISOC took great effort to provide Arabic classes to brothers and sister who are the member of Islamic Society, please brothers / sisters, take this classes as the blessing from Allah to help us to read and understand Quran and Hadith much better and easily.

However, the Islamic Society needs brothers and sisters to register to attend  the Arabic classes, thought emailing; su.islamicsociety@unn.ac.uk or though http://twitter.com/#!/islam_diversity.

The classes will be starting from Wednesday 9^thNovember 2011 – Ellison Building, Room A003 (subject to change)- Timing 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The room is Tiered Lecture Theatre and as the capacity of 50 people (est.) and it as PC, Projector, Whiteboard, can also connect your personal Laptop. For the location of the room, please as the Ellison Building Reception. There are separate entrances for brothers and sisters; Brothers are requested to use the Entrance/Door A003 A, and sister can use  the entrance marked A003 B located towards the back of the lecture theatre. Due to the fact that female teaching assistant need to be arranged on a weekly basis, dependant on the numbers attending – can sisters please inform the Islamic Society if they are unable to make it to any of the classes by sending email to Northumbria Isoc 

And with Allah lies all success and may Allah send prayers and salutations upon our beloved Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) and his family and his companions.

Newcastle Central Mosque | Masjid at-Tawheed is priviledged in Presenting their second two-Day Dawah Training Course.. This course is designed on a similar methodology of Late Ahmed Deedat and Dr. Zakir Naik.  The course will be held in Newcastle Central Mosque on Saturday 3^rd and Sunday 4^th April 2010 [10:00am - 5:00pm]. Ahmed Hamed [India]

Ahmed Hamed is an Indian Born. He is 28 years Old. He is certified as a Master of Business Adminstration from the the Kensington University. Currently working as a Country Head-UAE in a Multi National IT Company. He is a self-motivated and passionate Speaker of Islam and comparative religion, Trainer and Social Worker working in the field of Da’wah for the past few years.

He presents Islam in a dynamic way and clarifies misconceptions about Islam on the basis of Al Qur’an and Authentic teachings of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him using world religious scriptures as a means to promote Islam and universal brotherhood.

He strongly feels that Da’wah should be done as a Duty, not as a Favor because this was the Mission of all the Messengers and only through Islam comes the solution for the problems of mankind and he feels gratitude that Allah is using him in this noble cause.

He is a dynamic and motivational speaker especially for the youth. He keeps great interest in relating the lives of the prophets while doing Da’wah as he feels that the essence and lessons of effective Da’wah are found in their lives.

He has delivered more than 100 public talks on different topics to varied audiences in Saudi Arabia, UAE, UK, Malaysia and India and he is regularly engaged in doing Da’wah with the non-Muslims especially Christians by a means of discussions and dialogues with religious heads like pastors, priests, pundits, gurus and rabbis.His main expertise is in delivering public talks, engaging into dialogues apart from conducting Islamic Orientation programs, Da’wah Workshops, Counseling Programs and Professional Dawah Training Programs.
